    Returns, Exchanges and Claims

    We will do everything we can to make certain you are satisfied.

    However, if you need to return, exchange items or make a claim, please refer to points below.

    • We are responsible for fees incurred for returns of defective products or incorrect shipments. All shipments should be inspected immediately upon arrival.
    • Please notify us via fax or email within 7 days from receiving shipments for return, replacement or credit and claims for invoices.
    • All returns other than defective or incorrect shipments must be charged for freight and a 15% restocking fee.
    • We reserve the right to refuse any product sent back to us without prior notice.
    • All products must be returned to us in their original condition.

    Exchanges and Claims

    If you believe that an error has been made in error on our part, please contact us immediately via phone or email. We will do our best to clarify and resolve the situation.

    Refund Policy

    If upon delivery of item, you wish to proceed with a refund, email us [email protected] and please include the words “Refund Request” in the subject line of your email.
