Our line of products retail only through pre-approved storefronts and other distribution channels and receive the benefit of high turnover with products dedicated to exceeding the needs and expectations of retailers and customers.

Wholesale Criteria

The criteria for carrying products under The Crown Choice or Dish Scrubbie includes:

  • signing a MAP agreement
  • a commitment to selling high-quality home and kitchen products that reflect full retail value
  • compatibility of our products with other merchandise in your store
  • credit check may be required
  • on time with payment
  • promote our products and work to maintain an annual minimum sales volume


  • $150 minimum order. Credit Sheet required to open Net 30.
  • All merchandise must be ordered in case packs
  • Orders are accepted via fax or email only.
  • All pricing and item specifications are subject to change without notice.
  • All sales are final. No merchandise is sold on consignment or guaranteed sales.


  • New accounts must be prepaid via credit card or check.
  • To apply for Net 30 terms, please submit a credit reference sheet.
  • Net 30 with approved credit, otherwise cash in advance or all major credit cards accepted:
    Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
  • COD is not accepted.
  • A late charge of $20 per month will be charged to all past due invoices and balances.
  • If an account is past due, any new orders will not be shipped until the account is made current.
  • No returns are allowed for past due accounts.


  • We do not offer free shipping.
  • All goods shipped are F.O.B. Washington state. UPS Ground or USPS Priority.
  • If a particular shipping method is required, please notify us with your purchase order form.
  • Shipping cost will be added to the invoice.
  • Backorders should be expected in case item is out of stock.
  • Most US territories: within 5 days. Alaska and Hawaii: up to 7 days.
  • No international shipments at this time.

Returns, Exchanges & Claims

  • We are responsible for fees incurred for returns of defective products or incorrect shipments. All shipments should be inspected immediately upon arrival.
  • Please notify us via fax or email within 7 days from receiving shipments for return, replacement or credit and claims for invoices.
  • All returns other than defective or incorrect shipments must be charged for freight and a 15% restocking fee.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any product sent back to us without prior notice.
  • All products will need to be returned to us in their original condition.
